Looplet™ is managed operating infrastructure provided and operated by Duzzi Technologies Inc.
Looplet™ keeps the approved operation current as work changes across connected tools, handoffs, inboxes, and business systems already in use.
This Privacy Policy explains how Duzzi Technologies Inc. collects, uses, processes, protects, and retains information in connection with Looplet™, the Looplet™ website, the Shop Current Test, the Looplet Fit Check, deployment, Managed System Operation, and related support and account activity.
By accessing or using Looplet™ or related services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Company & Product Relationship
Looplet™ is a product of Duzzi Technologies Inc.
References to “Looplet™,” “the service,” “the system,” “we,” “us,” or “our” may refer to Looplet™ and/or Duzzi Technologies Inc., as applicable.
Payments, billing, account administration, deployment, service operations, support, and related service delivery may be processed or managed by Duzzi Technologies Inc.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information reasonably necessary to evaluate fit, deploy, operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve Looplet™ and to administer the business relationship.
Depending on how you interact with Looplet™, this may include business contact information; company, role, location, and operating-scope information; answers and results from the Shop Current Test or Fit Check; information submitted during deployment or support; billing and transaction information; technical, device, browser, page, referral, campaign, and analytics information; and service-operation data from approved systems, inboxes, communication channels, and integrations.
Service-operation data may include information relating to customer communications, quotes, estimates, approvals, job changes, handoffs, open or aging work, next actions, status changes, and other business activity required to maintain the current state of work within the approved operating scope.
4. Shop Current Test & Fit Check
The Shop Current Test is an informational diagnostic. An initial diagnosis can be viewed without providing an email address.
If you choose to request a full Shop Current Profile, we collect the information you submit, including work email, company name, role, and operating-location information, together with your assessment answers and results, so we can prepare and deliver the requested profile and maintain the related assessment record.
The Looplet Fit Check is a separate qualification step. Information submitted through the Fit Check may be used to evaluate whether the shop fits the standard Looplet deployment, determine operating scope, prepare deployment, prefill information already supplied in the Shop Current Test, and support follow-up related to the evaluation or service.
Submitting information for a Shop Current Profile does not by itself subscribe you to a marketing sequence.
5. How Information Is Used
We may use information to provide the Shop Current Test and Fit Check; evaluate service fit and scope; deploy and configure Looplet™; maintain and reconcile the current state of important work; operate Managed System Operation; provide account, deployment, billing, support, security, and service communications; diagnose problems; maintain service reliability; prevent abuse or fraud; improve service quality; maintain business and compliance records; and enforce agreements.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance, improve reliability, and develop the service, provided that the information does not reasonably identify a client, customer, or individual.
6. Operational Communications
If you begin a Looplet™ deployment or provide contact information in connection with the Fit Check, deployment, account administration, or support, you may receive operational communications related to the service.
These may include deployment messages, verification and calibration communications, service notifications, account activity, billing communications, support messages, security notices, and other communications required to operate or administer the service.
If you expressly consent to receive SMS communications, message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent to non-essential SMS communications at any time using the opt-out method provided in the message or by contacting us.
Certain operational, billing, legal, security, or service-critical communications may still be required while the service or account remains active.
7. Service Providers
Looplet™ uses third-party service providers to support hosting, databases, communications, integrations, analytics, authentication, payments, monitoring, infrastructure, and related service operations.
Duzzi Technologies Inc. uses third-party infrastructure providers that maintain independently validated security and compliance programs meeting or exceeding SOC 2-level controls, including recognized standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or equivalent frameworks applicable to their services.
These providers are selected based on security posture, operational reliability, compliance maturity, and suitability for the Looplet™ infrastructure.
These providers may process information on our behalf only as reasonably necessary to perform the services for which they are engaged, subject to their contractual obligations and applicable law.
Duzzi Technologies Inc. does not sell or rent client information or personal information.
8. Data Sharing & Disclosure
Information may be shared with service providers that support Looplet™ operations, including payment processing, communications, hosting, database operations, integrations, analytics, monitoring, security, authentication, diagnostics, and support.
Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, lawful process, payment-processor requirements, fraud prevention, security needs, enforcement of agreements, or protection of the rights, property, safety, or operation of Duzzi Technologies Inc., Looplet™, clients, users, or others.
We do not sell personal information.
9. Connected Systems & Client Data
Looplet™ may connect to approved business systems, inboxes, communication channels, CRMs, and other tools selected as part of the approved operating scope.
The client is responsible for ensuring that it has the authority and any required permissions or notices necessary for Duzzi Technologies Inc. to access and process information made available through those systems for delivery of Looplet™.
Looplet™ processes connected information to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the approved service, maintain operating state, support deployment and troubleshooting, secure the service, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
The client remains responsible for its own business records, customer relationships, legal obligations, internal permissions, and use of the systems it connects to Looplet™.
10. Analytics, Technical Data & Website Activity
When you visit Looplet™ websites or use public tools such as the Shop Current Test or Fit Check, we may collect technical and usage information such as browser type, device information, IP-derived location or market information, page views, referral information, campaign parameters, timestamps, session or event identifiers, and interaction events.
This information may be used to operate the website and assessments, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, understand usage, measure performance, preserve assessment continuity, route regional service or pricing information, and improve the experience.
Where third-party analytics or similar technologies are used, their handling of information may also be subject to their own privacy terms.
11. Payments
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another authorized payment processor.
Payment processors may collect and process payment-card, billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, and related information directly under their own terms and privacy policies.
Duzzi Technologies Inc. may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, billing contact information, subscription information, tax information, and other records required to administer the Looplet™ account, but does not need to store full payment-card details to operate the service.
12. Security
Duzzi Technologies Inc. uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect system integrity, client data, and service availability.
No method of electronic transmission, storage, hosting, or processing is completely secure, and Duzzi Technologies Inc. cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, service interruption, data loss, or security incidents will never occur.
Clients are responsible for maintaining secure access to their own systems, accounts, inboxes, credentials, devices, and internal users.
13. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security, legality, and accuracy of their own systems and information.
This includes maintaining secure access to connected systems, email accounts, communication channels, payment accounts, CRM systems, and related platforms; providing accurate business, contact, and operating-scope information; managing internal users and permissions; and notifying Duzzi Technologies Inc. of suspected unauthorized access, account compromise, or material changes affecting service operation.
Clients are also responsible for providing any notices, obtaining any consents, and establishing any other lawful basis required for information they make available to Looplet™ through connected systems or business operations.
14. Data Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate Looplet™, maintain assessment and deployment continuity, administer accounts and billing, support service reliability and security, maintain business records, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect system integrity.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the status of the client relationship, service requirements, security needs, payment and accounting requirements, and applicable law.
When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable legal, contractual, security, backup, and operational requirements.
15. Your Privacy Requests
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with Duzzi Technologies Inc., you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to withdraw certain communication permissions.
Some requests may be limited where information must be retained or processed for legal, billing, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, operational, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a privacy request.
16. Third-Party Platforms
Looplet™ may connect to or rely on third-party platforms, including email providers, communication tools, payment processors, CRMs, hosting providers, database providers, analytics services, and other infrastructure or integration providers.
Use of third-party platforms may also be subject to those providers’ own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and data-handling procedures.
Duzzi Technologies Inc. is not responsible for the privacy, security, or operational practices of third-party platforms outside its control.
17. Cross-Border Processing
Duzzi Technologies Inc. and its service providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where service providers operate.
As a result, information may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of jurisdictions outside the location where it was originally collected.
18. Business Transfers
If Duzzi Technologies Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar business transaction, information related to Looplet™ may be transferred, disclosed, or reviewed as part of that transaction, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements.
19. Legal Requirements
Duzzi Technologies Inc. may access, preserve, or disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, enforce agreements, protect system integrity, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or protect the rights, property, safety, or operation of Duzzi Technologies Inc., Looplet™, clients, users, or others.
20. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in Looplet™, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices.
The current version will be posted on the Looplet™ website with its updated date.
