1. Overview
Looplet™ is a revenue-inbox monitoring service operated by Duzzi Technologies Inc.
Looplet™ is designed to help growing HVAC shops keep important customer emails, quotes, service requests, replies, follow-ups, and related inbox activity visible before they get buried in the day.
By activating, purchasing, accessing, or using Looplet™, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Company & Product Relationship
Looplet™ is a product of Duzzi Technologies Inc.
Payments, billing, receipts, subscriptions, account administration, and service operations may be processed or managed under Duzzi Technologies Inc.
References to “Looplet™,” “the service,” “the system,” “we,” “us,” or “our” may refer to Looplet™ and/or Duzzi Technologies Inc., as applicable.
3. Installation & Activation
Looplet™ is installed and configured as a managed service.
Looplet™ is not a free trial, self-serve software account, unmanaged dashboard product, CRM replacement, dispatch replacement, or lead-generation service.
Activation may include setup, onboarding, configuration, approved inbox connection, monitoring preparation, service preparation, and related deployment work.
Activation fees are non-refundable once payment is completed or installation, preparation, onboarding, configuration, or deployment work has begun.
4. Looplet Growth Scope
Looplet Growth includes one primary business location, one approved revenue inbox, and standard revenue-inbox monitoring unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Looplet Growth is intended for growing HVAC shops where customer emails, quotes, service requests, replies, follow-ups, and related inbox activity already move through one primary revenue inbox.
Looplet Growth does not include multi-location monitoring, multiple approved revenue inboxes, custom operational redesign, outbound customer follow-up, customer replies, CRM replacement, dispatch replacement, lead generation, or expanded operational monitoring unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Scope Changes & Expanded Load
Looplet™ is priced and delivered based on approved scope, inbox load, and service requirements.
If the client’s operation expands beyond the approved Looplet Growth scope, continued service may require a higher plan, custom pricing, additional approved inbox fees, expanded-scope terms, or transition to another Duzzi Technologies Inc. service.
Expanded scope may include additional business locations, additional monitored inboxes, materially increased inbox load, multiple teams handling revenue activity, custom workflow requirements, or operational needs beyond standard revenue-inbox monitoring.
Duzzi Technologies Inc. may pause, limit, reprice, or require separate service arrangements if connected inboxes, customer emails, or revenue activity exceed the approved scope.
6. Ongoing Service
Looplet™ ongoing service is provided on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ongoing service may include approved inbox monitoring, revenue-inbox visibility, service maintenance, reporting, support, configuration adjustments, and related managed service operations.
Service may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
Payments already processed are non-refundable.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to a refund, credit, or continued access beyond the applicable service period.
7. Good Standing
A client account is considered in good standing when required payments are current, required inbox and system access is maintained, required information has been provided, and the client has not materially disrupted service operation.
Duzzi Technologies Inc. may suspend, pause, limit, or terminate service if an account is not in good standing.
Loss of good standing may result in loss of any preferred pricing, service suspension, or movement to then-current pricing upon reactivation.
8. Service Nature
Looplet™ is designed to help keep important customer emails and revenue-inbox activity visible.
Looplet™ does not replace internal staff, business judgment, customer service obligations, sales responsibility, dispatch responsibility, legal obligations, financial obligations, or management responsibility.
Looplet™ does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, customer responses, booked jobs, closed sales, retained customers, or financial results.
9. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain access to required systems and approved inboxes, maintain accurate billing and contact information, respond to reasonable onboarding or configuration requests, avoid interfering with service operation, and notify us of material changes that may affect service performance.
You are responsible for accurately disclosing whether connected inboxes, accounts, communication channels, or customer activity relate to one approved business location or multiple locations, branches, brands, or operations.
Failure to maintain required access, provide required information, or support service operation may impact performance and may result in suspension, limitation, repricing, or termination of service.
10. Approved Business Location & Inbox Scope
Looplet™ is deployed for the approved business location and approved revenue inbox identified during onboarding.
The client may not use one Looplet™ deployment to monitor, route, manage, or report on communications for multiple business locations, separate branches, separate brands, franchises, or independently operated entities without prior written approval.
If Duzzi Technologies Inc. determines that connected inboxes, communication channels, or customer activity represent more than one business location or a materially expanded scope, service may be paused, limited, separated into additional client or location records, or repriced under then-current expanded-scope terms.
The client is responsible for accurately disclosing whether connected inboxes, accounts, or communication channels relate to one approved business location or multiple locations, branches, brands, or operations.
11. Access & Control
Looplet™ operates as a managed service.
Direct system access, admin access, source code access, manual control interfaces, unrestricted backend access, or a client-facing dashboard are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.
Duzzi Technologies Inc. may determine the appropriate technical structure, tools, workflows, monitoring methods, integrations, and service configuration required to deliver Looplet™.
12. Service Limitations
While Looplet™ is designed to improve revenue-inbox visibility, results depend on business conditions, demand, staff behavior, customer behavior, available data, inbox access, external platforms, and other factors.
No guarantee of specific financial outcomes is made.
No system can eliminate all missed communication, human error, platform error, external failure, or business risk.
Third-party platforms, including email providers, communication tools, payment processors, CRMs, hosting providers, and automation platforms, may affect service availability or performance.
13. Third-Party Services
Looplet™ may rely on third-party tools, platforms, APIs, hosting providers, communication providers, payment processors, or software services.
Duzzi Technologies Inc. is not responsible for failures, outages, policy changes, delays, account restrictions, pricing changes, or data issues caused by third-party services.
Client cooperation may be required to maintain or restore access to third-party systems.
14. Security & Data Handling
Duzzi Technologies Inc. takes security seriously and uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect system integrity, client data, and service availability.
Looplet™ uses established third-party service providers for hosting, payments, communications, database services, monitoring, authentication, and related service operations.
No method of electronic transmission, storage, hosting, or processing is completely secure. Duzzi Technologies Inc. does not guarantee that unauthorized access, service interruption, data loss, or security incidents will never occur.
Clients are responsible for maintaining secure access to their own systems, accounts, inboxes, credentials, devices, and internal users.
15. Payments & Billing
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorized payment processor.
By purchasing or activating Looplet™, you authorize Duzzi Technologies Inc. and its payment processor to charge applicable activation fees, recurring service fees, taxes, and other agreed charges.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Failed, disputed, reversed, or delayed payments may result in service suspension, loss of pricing eligibility, or termination.
16. Taxes
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
The client is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, fees, or government charges associated with the purchase or use of Looplet™.
Duzzi Technologies Inc. may collect applicable taxes where required or where configured through its payment processor.
17. No Refunds
Activation fees are non-refundable once payment is completed or work has begun.
Payments already processed are non-refundable.
Recurring service fees are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing by Duzzi Technologies Inc.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duzzi Technologies Inc. and Looplet™ are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; business interruption; lost revenue; lost profits; lost opportunities; lost customers; third-party platform failures; client misuse, misconfiguration, or lack of access; external business conditions or market factors; or failures caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed client information.
Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected service period, unless otherwise required by law.
19. Modifications
Service features, components, workflows, integrations, configurations, and delivery methods may evolve over time to improve performance, reliability, security, or service quality.
Duzzi Technologies Inc. may modify, replace, remove, or upgrade service components at its discretion, provided the core purpose of Looplet™ remains substantially aligned with revenue-inbox monitoring and visibility.
20. Termination
Service may be terminated by the client with proper written notice; by Duzzi Technologies Inc. if payment is not maintained; if required system or inbox access is not maintained; if service operation is materially disrupted; if approved scope is exceeded without agreement; or if continued service is no longer operationally, commercially, or technically viable.
Upon termination, service operation may stop, integrations may be disconnected, and access to managed services may end.
21. Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.
Continued use of Looplet™ after updates are posted or provided constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
